Villa Lante

Villa Lante in Bagniaia is one of the greatest achievements of the Italian sixteenth century. Of particular note are Giambologna’s Fontana dei Mori, the two buildings (Gambara and Montalto) and a spectacular system of fountains and water features as well as a beautiful park. The whole Villa (including the Italian garden and the park) occupies an area of 22 hectares.
